Feathers in the Wind and Pizza Dough

Made some serious headway writing my newest novel today. The story of Catherine DuMont Worthington is flowing out all over the place.  I have to stop once in a while as my wrist will start to cramp from the typing.  LOL  Seriously, today was a major scene for chapter 13.  I know I have said I was done with this chapter or that chapter, but what happens when I sleep or just get a chance to relax, is I think of other thing or events that should happened in areas that I have already finished.  Like in the case of Chapter 8.  I had to do a re-write of that whole chapter.  so now it is about 1/3 longer than it was before.  but it will be worth it, trust me.

I did have a little time to do some baking/cooking today.  found a great new recipe for authentic New York Style thin pizza crust.  So you know I had to pull out the Kitchenaide and get to mixing.  So I have enough dough in the fridge for about 4 pizzas.  LOL

then I was trying to think of what to do for dinner this evening.  I had defrosted some whole chicken leg quarters.  but what to do with them?  So of course, I did the hard recipe.  I de-boned them and removed the skin.  Then let them marinate in soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic and various seasonings from my long seasoning rack.  Later I sliced up some Zucchini, Celery, Carrots, Green Onion, white Onion, water chesnuts and last but not least, some red and orange bell peppers.  Steamed up some white rice and did a stir fry.  Came out pretty tasty too.

Tomorrow maybe I will pull that pizza dough out and see just how authentic that recipe was.
