Got today off to a great start. Picked up Catherine's story where I left her last night. Unfortunately, because of a storm system coming in, we kept loosing power. Well, after having to try and remember what I just spent the last hour typing. I started saving every couple of minutes. It did help, a little. After the 3rd time this afternoon, I just gave up and decided to watch a movie.
So, with power going off and on and cable going off and and the computer going off and on, I pulled out the iPad. Thank God for battery power. LOL
I just got through watching a great Barbara Streisand movie "On a Clear Day You Can See Forever". Now I know the movie was made back in the 60's, but you just can't beat her acting or her singing. Plus, I love the story line.
See I believe in re-incarnation. Just imagine if our spirit or soul had lived a few lifetimes before. Can we learn from our previous lesson in other lifetime? Good question. they say that some of the reasons we have fears is that we may have experienced a tragedy in a previous life. Like for example, if you are afraid to fly. Maybe you were in a plane crash and died in a previous life. Or maybe you are afraid of small places? Could be in a past life you were a prisoner confined to a small area. Wouldn't it be great to know why we have fears or De' Ja Vue moments. Why we may feel a special connection to one person, but not another. Maybe we met them in a past life? Never know, could be.
The possibilities are endless. Just imagine the people you may meet in the next lifetime. Boggles the mind doesn't it?
Here's another deep thought for you this evening. Think about all the people that have touched on your life. Whether they were just passing through to teach you one lesson or are still in your life. Every action, every meeting is a chance to learn and grow. Not just for you, but for them. You see, just as people pass through your life for a reason, you pass through theirs as well. Try and make it a good experience whenever possible.
I also believe in spirits or ghosts. Why you ask? Am I some kind of nut? No, I assure you I am a normal (whatever that means) human being. It's just that I grew up in a haunted house, So spirits are not a new thing for me to experience. Plus the house I live in now is haunted. Has been for years. My kids grew up seeing spirits, so they are used to it. (trust me I am not a nut case). I have had the house cleansed. The old ones moved on and now we have a new one floating around. They really don't do anything. Well, I take that back. One of the old ones, by old I mean they were here when we moved in, used to throw things off my kitchen shelves. It was mostly unnerving, then of course somebody had to clean it up.
I have seen a UFO and until they stop getting proof (hair, blood, footprints) about big foot I will probably be keeping an open mind about that as well. I think keeping an open mind is important. There are to many things in life that have come to light just in my lifetime, anything is possible.
And just in case you were wondering, Yes Virginia, you have more than one soulmate out there. Some people get lucky to meet one in there lifetime. Others get to meet two, but they are out there.
And you wondered how I got all these stories to write about. I have a great imagination.
