Got side tracked a little on my novel. Be spending some time on marketing. It is hard to balance the two. I would prefer to focus on the writing aspect of all this, but you have to market the books as well. Unless of course, your famous or rich and can hire someone to do it all for you. LOL Nope, not me! I prefer to have that hands on connections anyway, but a little help now and then is always welcome.
So when my brain train is on the marketing tracks, I tend tio put writing on the back burner. Then when marketing starts to make me see cross eyed, I switch over to cooking. today I through some stuff together. A little this a little that, a pinch of this and can of that. simmer it all together and put over noodles. Wa La! Dinner.
It was a Chicken A La King sort of dish, but waaaay better. I doubt I could eve make it again the same. I don't remember some of the things (spices) I added in. Yes, I was playing in my own little chem lab called "My Kitchen".
some of the items I do remember was;
1/2 diced yellow onion
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup dived yellow bell pepper
1 can sliced mushroom (small)
1 can pea and carrots (small)
4 cups cooked diced chicken breast
1 jar Lemon Butter Sauce
Let simmer for a while and pour over egg noodles.
It must have tasted good to everyone else as there was only a little bit left as the end of dinner.
Now I have to go search out a new recipe for tomorrow!
